Where is the food cooked?
Our food is prepared in the Just Delivered professional commissary kitchen located at MIX Flagstaff, 120 N. Leroux St. downtown in the Old Town Shops. How are ingredients sourced?
We prioritize local and sustainable food when sourcing our ingredients. You will find many ingredients in your meals that are grown/ranched on Arizona farms or local in Flagstaff gardens! Who can order from just delivered?
Anyone can order! While our inspiration is serving postpartum Mama's and families, Just Delivered's food is a beneficial to anyone looking for chef-driven, local, delicious food delivered straight to their door to cover or supplement meals, snacks, and more throughout their week. It is great for folks with busy everyday lives, growing families, or those going through periods of healing & recovery! HOw is food packaged?
Just Delivered prioritizes sustainable practices and packages food in reusable containers when possible. Food will be packed in glass jars, silicon bags, and the occasional paper kraft bag or deli container. Deliveries will arrive in a reusable insulated bag. All reusable containers, including the delivery bag, will be picked up from your doorstep once you've finished your food. What if i have dietary requirments?
All food is made to order, allowing us to meet many of our clients dietary needs. When you place your order we ask that you list any food allergies you have and you can select for any of the following dietary options to be applied to your menu: gluten-free, diary-free, vegetarian (still includes eggs & cheese), vegan (still includes local honey). If we cannot adjust a requested menu item to meet your dietary need we will contact you so you can select a replacement item. (Please note: our commissary kitchen is not allergen-free and cross-contamination can sometimes occur as in any restaurant kitchen.) how to store food after delivery?
Your delivery will arrive with a small manila tag attached indicating which items should be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. If an item is not listed it can be stored at room temperature in the pantry. You will also receive an instruction card in the side pocket of your delivery bag with general guidelines for food storage & reheating and a QR code that leads to our detailed INSTRUCTIONS webpage with the full information on long-/short-term storage & preparation of each food item. Can anybody eat lactation snacks?
Yes, anybody can eat lactation snacks! They are designed as convenient and nutritious snacks for breastfeeding mothers (who need extra boosts of calories & energy throughout their day for milk production). However, they are safe and enjoyable for everyone and especially great if you need snacky foods around the house that provide extra energy. Can i request disposable packaging?

DELIVERIES
Do you deliver?
Yes! How is food delivered?
Food is conveniently delivered to your doorstep in beautiful insulated bags. When your order arrives, you will receive an automated text to the phone number you provided when you ordered (we do not ever ring your doorbell or knock on your door). We package your order in primarily sustainable/reusable jars & silicon bags that we will pick, along with the delivery bags, for free when you have finished your order. How do i return my reusable delivery bags & food containers?
Returning your reusable bags & containers is free, easy, and convenient! There is never any rush to finish your food; we want you to store and enjoy your order at your own pace. We pickup delivery bag & food container returns on Saturdays after 9 AM during our regular morning delivery route. You are welcome to text our business line (928) 589-1583, or, email us at [email protected] anytime to get on the bag/container pickup schedule for a given week. We will send you a reminder text the evening before reminding you to leave your items outside your door for pickup. Two weeks after your delivery, if we have not heard from you regarding returns, you will receive an automated text quickly checking if you are ready for a bag/container pickup. Please respond to our text with, YES, NO, or REORDER so we know your status. The Saturday of your scheduled pickup please place your food containers inside your insulated bag and leave them outside your door by 9 AM sharp. We also kindly ask that food matter is rinsed out of jars and silicon bags prior to pickup. WHen will my food be delivered?
Orders are due Monday by 1 PM for a delivery on the Saturday of the same week (or later - you can always schedule ahead!). When choosing your food package you will also select your desired delivery window. We offer deliveries on Saturday mornings between 9-11 AM, or, Saturday afternoons from 4-6 PM. Birth Boxes should be ordered 1 month before your due date to ensure you have it ready to go before baby arrives. How will i know when my food has been delivered?
You will receive an automated text to the number you provided at checkout when your food has been delivered to your door. To respect your privacy, we will never ring your doorbell or knock on your door. Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a ~15 mile radius of central Flagstaff including: Kachina Village, Mountairre, Doney Park, Cosnino, Bellemont, & Fort Valley. We do not deliver to the NAU campus. How much do Deliveries cost?

Can i gift just delivered to someone?

I'm having trouble with the website processing my payment. what should i do to place my order?
Recently, some clients have had difficulty having their credit/debit cards accepted by our website. We are working on fixing this issue with our payment processor. If you are frustrated with multiple attempts to pay - please take a screen shot of your complete ORDER SUMMARY (make sure you include the full summary with menu AND all delivery info) and email ([email protected]) or text (928-589-1583) it to us. You can purchase a gift card under GIFTS above. After purchasing your gift certificate, the recipient will automatically receive an email notification of your gift with instructions. If you would not like your recipient to receive their certificate immediately, we recommend you put your own email in place of the recipients. We have options available for printable gift cards if you email us after your purchase. Do you cater?

Orders are due by Mondays @1 PM for a Saturday delivery of the same week. You are always welcome to place orders in advance! Just enter your desired delivery date after choosing the menu for your food package. Birth Boxes should be ordered at least 1 month before your due date to ensure your food is ready whenever your labor begins. What is my information being used for?
We use your contact information to notify you when your food has been delivered. It may also be used to communicate any questions or specific needs for your order. |
